The PRO-85 is a premium high-grade Canadian maple shaft. With 85% clean grain, this shaft is suitable for professional players, and has been expertly tapered to reduce deflection, improving your potting accuracy when using spin. The 12mm medium density Everest tip, selected from the finest quality pig skins in the world, provides optimal access to all points on the cue ball for maximum manipulation and reaction. This shaft is fitted with a radial joint with a phenolic resin insert, to improve joint durability and ease of fitting. This shaft will fit the DB Diamond Series cue range. The radial joint pin is Darren Appleton’s preferred choice of joint as it gives a great feel when taking shots.
